So today my family and I discovered a skating rink in our backyard... welll actually in the field south of our house... and its actually just a frozen slough.. but its still pretty awesome!! It's like the size of the ice at cardale rink, and its in a bunch of trees, so its all calm and pretty.
I'm so excited!! I love ice skating. So now we're probably going to have a skating party type dealy-o for youth group!! Which is super awesome!! (have i mentioned how excited i am about this!?!?!) lol
so i haven't posted in like two weeks (or is it one? i can't remember...), but yea, nothing really was going on.. so i didn't feel like blogging about anything....
So in jazz band yesterday Ms. Isaak had the coolest thing ever. Its a trumpet mouthpiece. but its made out of clear plastic!! It's awesome. I think it has a better tone, and it looks wicked cool... imagine if you could get an entire trumpet made outta plastic??!?! that would be sweet... did i mention that they come in different colours too? yea lol i know i'm a loser.....
Anyways i'm gonna go eat some chili, finish cleaning my room, and then watch Standoff and House.

I am extremely jelous of your mouthpiece.. but ms issac said she is going to try to get me one too!! yay!! they would be so much better for warming up and tuning and such cause they wont get cold like metal ones!! and that's extremely cool that you guys found that ice pond thingy haha... well I've been waiting for you to blog for a LONG time haha... and you did! yay! well hope you had fun eating that chili! lmao.. love ya to bits!
If you had a whole trumpet made of clear plastic that would be sweet unless you had funny colored saliva. Oh and skating sounds fun except I don't have skates that fit.
only b-rad would ever think of anyone having funny colored saliva lol... but yeah, really you would be able to see all the grossness of the inside of your trumpet lol
Have you never eaten something and then spit and your saliva comes out funny colored? I don't usually spit after I eat. But one time when I was still in the losing teeth stage of life I did. I was eating a fruit roll up and I could feel something hard in it. So my first instinct was to spit it out cuz fruit roll ups don't have hard stuff in them. So I spit it out and my saliva was red from the fruit roll up. It was later discovered that the hard object was a tooth which I later found not in my mouth but in the fruit roll up. The End. I hope they put that story in the movie of my life.
